"Am I the only one who expected more toppings?"
Am I the only one who gets annoyed when a pizza shows up looking like it’s mostly crust and sauce? I ordered from Pizza Rova, and there were barely any toppings on it. For what it cost, it felt cheap and disappointing. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"I tried to plan a visit here..."
I tried to plan a visit here with my dad, who uses a wheelchair, and it ended up being stressful. The website didn’t really explain what the access was like, so we figured we’d try anyway, but once we got there the entrance and seating setup felt awkward and not very well thought out.

The staff were polite, but it didn’t seem like anyone really knew how to help or where to put us without making it feel like we were in the way. That’s a uncomfortable feeling when all you’re trying to do is sit down and have some pizza with your family.

I really think they need to be clearer about accessibility and sort out the seating situation. I’d also expect some kind of apology, because it made the whole visit feel unnecessarily difficult. I wouldn’t rush back unless they make some real changes.

"Checkout Was a Pain"
I tried paying twice and the checkout kept glitching out on me. Super annoying and not convenient at all. Kinda felt like way more hassle than it should’ve been.

"Late delivery and the wrong order"
My delivery showed up late, and when it finally arrived, the takeaway order was wrong. What made it even more frustrating was that there was basically no way to speak to an actual person about it. I just wanted someone to sort it out, but it felt like I was stuck dealing with automated messages. Won’t be ordering from here again

"Not great for gluten free"
I went here after seeing gluten-free mentioned, but it was disappointing. The options were really limited, and the staff didn’t seem totally sure what was actually safe to order, which makes me feel like whoever runs this hasn’t really thought it through.

My pizza came out okay-ish, but I didn’t feel confident about cross contact at all. If you need gluten free for medical reasons and it’s not just a preference, I’d probably skip this place.

I tried using pizzarova.com, but the whole thing was just unclear. I couldn’t quickly find basic stuff like the menu, prices, or even how to place an order. After a few minutes of clicking around, I just gave up. Whoever runs this really needs to make the site easier to understand

"Pretty disappointing for the price"
I paid almost $30 and expected a lot more. The pizza was way smaller than I thought it would be, and it showed up cold too. Kind of feels like not much care went into it, especially for what they’re charging. Definitely didn’t feel worth it...

I tried booking a table on pizzarova.com, but there was pretty much no availability showing up anywhere. I even checked a few different times and it was still just not giving me anything helpful. It’s kind of annoying because the site makes it seem like booking should be simple, but then it actually is not simple at all

"Kind of a hassle to get to"
The place is just too far out of the way for me. Parking was annoying too, which didn’t help. I don’t know, I just don’t see myself going back again..

I ordered from pizzarova.com and the pizza was pretty much cold by the time it got to me. The cheese had already gone stiff, and the crust tasted like it had been sitting out for a while.
I tried warming it back up, but it just wasn’t the same at all. It’s frustrating paying for delivery and then still having to mess with the food yourself.

"Had trouble finding allergen info"
I had a hard time finding the allergen info, so I didn’t really feel safe placing an order. Not ideal if you’ve got allergies to think about, haha.

"Vegan options weren’t really clear"
I couldn’t really tell what the vegan options were on the menu, and it felt limited. I ended up skipping ordering because I wasn’t sure what I could get. I just wish they made the vegan choices easier to spot.

"Was Expecting Way Better Sourdough"
I ordered this thinking it’d have that proper sourdough crunch and flavor, but yeah, I quickly figured it wasn’t going to be great. The base was oddly chewy instead of crisp, and I could barely taste any sourdough at all. It reminded me more of stale bread than a pizza crust. Maybe I just got a bad one, but for the price, I assumed it would be much better. I wouldn’t order it again.

"A bit frustrating when ordering for the whole family"
I tried using pizzarova.com for a family pizza night, it wasn’t the easiest experience. If you’re ordering for kids or trying to keep things simple, I’d suggest giving yourself a little extra time because the portion sizes and kid-friendly options weren’t very clear. I found myself clicking around more than I expected just to figure out what would work for everyone. It might be fine if you’re ordering for one person, but for parents trying to get dinner sorted quickly, it could be smoother.

I tried ordering from Pizza Rova and the customization process stressed me out. I just wanted to swap a few toppings and do a half-and-half pizza, but the options felt way too limited. A couple of changes didn’t even seem to save, so I had to go back and redo them, which made me feel even more pressured to just finish the order. For a pizza place, I expected a lot more control over what I was getting. I don’t think I’ll use it again...

"Staff seemed kind of confused"
The staff just didn’t seem to really know what was going on. I asked about toppings and the delivery time, and... I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to. It made the whole ordering process way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"I kind of had a feeling the..."
I kind of had a feeling the menu was going to be basic, and that’s pretty much what it was. I was hoping to try something a little different, but most of the options felt like the same types of pizza with small changes. If you’re just looking for a standard pizza, it’s probably fine, but for me it was a little boring.

"Place didn’t feel as clean as expected"
I wasn’t really impressed with how clean the place felt. The tables seemed sticky, there were little bits of food on the floor, and the counter area just didn’t feel fresh. What confused me a bit was that the email I got made it sound like everything was well taken care of, but when I got there it felt like another thing entirely. Maybe they were just busy, but I still think hygiene should be better. I didn’t feel that comfortable eating there.
